How It Works -- Our new shipping software will automatically calculate your shipping costs in real time -- instantly! When you add items to your shopping cart, you will see a page with the items in your shopping cart, plus a little form where you can enter your zip or postal code, country and shipping method. Press the "Calculate Shipping" button and you will see your shipping costs, coming LIVE from the shipping companies' servers. Please be sure to enter your correct zip or postal code, and select your country and the appropriate shipping method.

Overseas US Territories -- If you are shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, be sure to select those listings, not "United States" for your Country. Also be sure to select "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By method. An additional $15.00 shipping fee apples to these locations due to their extraordinarily long distances from Los Angeles. In case our online store does not add this charge, our staff will add the charge before your order ships.

If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you may NOT select Ground or 3 Day Select shipping. Only 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air applies to HI or AK. An additional $15.00 shipping fee apples to these locations due to their extraordinarily long distances from Los Angeles. In case our online store does not add this charge, our staff will add the charge before your order ships.

Other Countries -- If you are shipping to any other country, including Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and so on, please be sure to enter your mail or postal code and to select your country from the popup menu. Also be sure to select "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By method. (Remember that we accept only American Express Card or Wire Transfer as payments for international order shipments.)

Canadian shipments may select either "Canada Standard Ground", or "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By methods. Be sure to enter your postal mail code and to select Canada for your country.

1. For VERY LARGE ORDERS or orders containing Drives and/or Monitors please Call 888-577-8889 or 818-990-2222 so we can help determine the best delivery service choice and calculate your total shipping charges
   
   
2. For all other orders, simply place your order online, and our software will calculate a shipping charge for you. You can also see your shipping charges as you shop, by placing items you want to order into the shopping cart, then entering your zip code, country and method right there... you'll see the shipping costs right away. If the server is busy, just try again in a few minutes. Usually everything works fine then.
   
   
3. If for some reason you don't see your shipping charges, then email your desired quantities and list of items and shipping address to sup.support@vend4less.com and we will calculate and get back to you with the estimated total on your order. You can also call us during business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST Los Angeles time -- 888-577-8889 toll free.
   
   
4. If your bank does not know your new address you're using to order with, then you will have to inform them. Their 800-number is generally shown on their monthly statement, or on the back of your card. There will be a day or two MINIMUM delay, while we verify the newly added information. We will email you if there is a problem verifying your information.
   
   
5. 2nd Business Day or Next Day orders placed before 1:00 PM PST for in stock Items usually ship the same day, as long as the credit card billing and shipping addresses are verifiable by the customer's bank. 6. Non-48-states and out-of-USA orders please try to place your order online, and enter your zip or mail code, country and then select "Worldwide Express Air" for your shipping method. If for some reason you don't see your shipping charges, then email your desired quantities and list of items and shipping address to sup.support@vend4less.com and we will calculate and get back to you with the estimated total on your order.
   
   You may also simply ORDER and ask us in the order form COMMENTS to HOLD YOUR ORDER until we email you the shipping costs and you approve the shipping charges by return email.
   
   
7. DELAYED ORDERS -- Your order's shipping may sometimes be delayed due to address verification, credit card approval, or product availability. When delays happen, our staff emails you for additional information, or to inform you about any product backorder status with the estimated date your order may be ready to ship. Once any missing information is supplied and your order is approved, or once the backordered products have arrived, your order will be shipped by the priority you indicated on your original order. Shipping cost credits cannot be awarded for delayed shipments. You may call our shipping dept. during business hours at the telephone numbers below for more information if needed. Finally, if you wish, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment using our cancellation form. Orders may not be caneclled after they have been shipped.
