RETURNS FOR INCOMPATIBILITY
OPENED PRODUCTS - We do NOT resell brand name products once their protective plastic packaging
has been opened. This helps us protect our customers from receiving possibly
damaged or altered merchandise. Please inspect your brand name products carefully
for compatibility BEFORE you open their plastic packaging. Once the package is opened, you cannot
return the product to us due to incompatibility, and if returned, we cannot accept it because we cannot
resell this product if the protective package has been opened or tampered with.
UN-OPENED PRODUCTS - However, if you find that the product is incompatible with your computer or other equipment, and you are careful NOT TO OPEN its packaging, you CAN return an un-opened incompatible product to us within 30-days for credit or exchange. You will pay the return shipping back to us, and you can receive credit or refunds, less a 15% restocking fee, and less the costs of original shipping and any exchanged product shipping costs back to you.

THE FINE PRINT
Of course, our "no-logo, no hassle" product guarantee does not apply to brand name products such as those made by Pioneer, Panasonic, Mitsui, Taiyo Yuden, TDK, Maxell, EZCDPrint, Kodak, Sony, Verbatim and so on. For example, the EZCDPrint Inkjet CD/DVD Printer is covered by its own manufacturer's limited warranty (click to read it). Those products are guaranteed by their own manufacturers. Naturally, the sampler paks also cannot be returned (after all, that's why they're called sample packs). Customer pays all return shipping fees for all returned items. All returns should begin by completing our online RMA Form. After the RMA Form is submitted you will receive an automatic confirmation of your request by email with an RMA number. This RMA number must appear on your return shipment label (outside the box) and inside the box. You can print the email confirmation you receive and place it inside the box to help our shipping department identify your return, so that you can receive credit for the items. If for any reason you do not receive an e-mail with your RMA number, call us at 818-990-2222 to receive one, or resubmit your request online. Any item returned without an RMA number on the label will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you -- this is necessary in order to be sure that customers get credit for their own returns. Items returned due to incompatibility or other ordering errors will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Products damaged during shipment should be reported immediately to us by e-mail. If too much time passes without notification, the shipping company may not accept your damage claim. Any product returned to us after the 30 day guarantee has expired will be charged a 15% restocking fee or refused, at our option. Products should be insured and carefully packaged with adaquate padding, then returned to us in either unopened or unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories in order to receive the maximum credit. Any missing items, used items, or damaged items will be deducted from your credit.
