Billing
Information
To avoid possible credit card approval delays
by your bank, please make sure that the BILLING
information above reads exactly like your
credit card invoice -- including your name,
company, address, city, state, zip code and
telephone number. You may find it helpful to
compare your bank invoice to make certain
everything is exactly right.
Shipping
Information
Over 90% of our orders ship out the SAME DAY
you order. To avoid any possible shipping delay
here is what to do...
If you are shipping to a different address than
on your credit card is billed to, your order
may be delayed due to bank "AVS - Address
Verification System" processing. If your bank
does not know of the address you wish to ship
to, a simple telephone call to them from you
can add the alternative shipping address to
your account. Unfortunately, we cannot contact
your bank to add your shipping address - the
call must come from you. Also, some banks may
not process such requests for several days,
which can delay your order. When you call them
to add the alternative ship-to address you wish
to use, you should ask them how long it takes
for them to add the address, to make it
available to merchants for address verification
AVS purposes. If the period is several days,
you may wish to have us ship to your billing
address for your first order. Subsequent orders
should process much faster after your ship-to
address is "live" in your bank's merchant AVS
records.
US Postal Service
Delivery
We CANNOT ship by
the US Postal Service. Since overseas U.S. military or
foreign service
APO/FPO addresses use the US Postal Service, we also
cannot ship to them. Unfortunately, The USPS does not provide
economical daily pickup services for business
shipment of parcels as do UPS, FedEx and
Airborne Express, which makes using them almost
impossible. Furthermore, there parcel service
is notoriously slow and unreliable. And
finally, when packages are damaged or lost,
their compensation procedures are slow and cost
many hours of staff time that would add
significantly to the cost of their service.
These are the reasons why almost all online
retailers cannot afford to ship by the USPS. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
you. |

accept official purchase orders from US
Government Agencies, State agencies and
departments, schools and universities. To order
by purchase order, please complete our
PO Application (clicking this link may
loose information in your shopping cart -
sorry, it's unavoidable), then place your order
as usual online using this form and selecting
"Purchase Order" as your Payment Method above.
If applicable, please enter your own Purchase
Order Number and tax exempt numbers in the
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION lines in the order form.
After submitting your order, please FAX your
official completed purchase order on your own
stationery or form paper, signed with the
proper official authorizing signature. Be sure
to include the shipping charges and all
products needed on your purchase order, and
also print on the PO the CONFIRMATION ORDER NO.

Purchase orders are invoiced immediately on
shipment, and included in the shipping box.

Shipments |
International Credit Cards
We accept American Express Cards or bank
wire fund transfers as payment for
international shipments. If you cannot use an
American Express Card for online payments,
please use wire transfers in U.S. Dollars as
described below. A additional $15 fee applies
to all overseas or international orders using
the American Express Card. It should be added
automatically by our Smart Cart, but if for
any reason it is not shown, it will be added
by our credit department to your
charges.

Actually using wire transfers is simpler
than you may think. There are just 4 easy
steps -- (Step 1) select "Wire Transfer" as
your Payment Method above, and actually
submit your order as usual. Then (Step 2)
SHIPPING FEES AND APPLICABLE TAXES MUST BE
INCLUDED in the total amount of the cashier's
check or money order. Our Smart Cart should

Shipping for
Jewel Cases
& Other
Heavy Items |
No special handling is
required for smaller orders of 50 jewel cases
or one or two boxes of labels are shipped
easily and economically in standard packaging
with no added fees or procedures -- and by
either ground or air methods as you specify
above. However, large orders of 100+ jewel
cases, 5+ boxes of labels or other
extraordinarily heavy or very fragile
products may require special packaging,
handling and shipping.
Due to their unusually heavy weight and
fragility, we do not
usually ship orders of 100 or more jewel
cases outside the 48 contiguous USA
States. Also, we recommend and will
ship such large orders of jewel cases and
other heavy items by GROUND means to save you
money, unless you are informed of and
explicitly authorize and approve the actual
2nd Business Day Air or Next Business Day Air
shipping charges.
